Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day 100% guarantee. If you do not like the item for any reason it can be returned for credit towards another item. We offer exchange value for the full product price. Please note: no returns or exchanges are accepted on brushes or beauty tools. 

Items will not be refunded if credit card information is not returned with the item. We can not keep this information on file!

Damaged Items will be replaced with an identical product at no charge.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are placed are shipped within days making it difficult to cancel an order. If you wish to return the product for a refund simply send to PO Box 901, Grayson GA 30017. If you ordered the product as part of a kit then the kit must be returned or the product will be returned as a percentage of the kit since the kits have cheaper prices.

Foreign Orders

We require a minimum $50 purchase of products ( not including shipping costs). This is because of the cost of handling and special shipping requirements. ( customs forms )
